This call is for you to tell me about your situation and why you are seeking counseling. It is also a time to ask me any questions you might have, get a sense of my personality and what it might feel like talking with me. The hope is that by the end of our conversation, you will have a good idea of whether or not you’d like to move forward with scheduling an appointment. 

Individual Counseling is for clients who want to meet one-on-one. It is during this time that I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, concerns and goals. In addition to providing a listening ear, you will find me providing insights and challenging negative patterns of thinking and behaving, all while emphasizing your abilities and strengths.

In a couples counseling session, you can expect me to provide a safe and supportive space where BOTH partners are encouraged to express themselves openly and honestly. I am able to see the best in both of you and I will not take sides.

Family Counseling is a collaborative and transformative process that seeks to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and promote understanding within families. During family counseling sessions, I offer a supportive space where families can work together to address the challenging dynamics that are causing distress.
